We usually have four steps in our process, each one has a meaning and through them we can create together the best jewel for you

Share your Idea
Your thoughts and your wishes are important for us. Your idea is the Fulcrum, it becomes our Focus, it will turn all around it. This is the foundation of the process and it will be the start of the Journey. We need to know the occasion when the jewel will be weared, if it will be a gift for you or for another person. If it will be an Engagement Ring or another special occasion, no worries we will treat the project accordingly, just please let us know

Choose your Gems
When you have an idea of your Jewel, it will be important to have an overview of the Gemstones and the Budget you want to deal with. Our intention is to maintain always in mind your wishes and the level of pricing you want to face.

3d Design
Once we have all the main information we will start the design Process. The Jewel will be designed in our 3d machines and we finally have an overview of the final project. We can also make more than one design, giving the job to different designers, Joielleri advise no more than two designs otherwise the main idea could become misrepresented. Once we have the final design approved by the customer, the making process will start.

Making & Delivery
It’s the final part, this is the Goldsmith step, they will apply the best techniques known and have the best possible creation. This is always handmade, no industry processes, we keep Joielleri on another perspective. It will take time, dedication, efforts and maybe some revisions. Joielleri has always in mind the highest level reachable by the Art of Craftsmanship. Delivery and the relate Presentation it’s the funny side, take a breath and Love To Love.
